Lisette volgde afgelopen jaren diverse bakkers- en patisserieopleidingen en is trotse eigenaresse van The Blueberry in Amersfoort Centrum en in Amersfoort Noord. Bij The Blueberry is dan ook alles met liefde huisgemaakt. Lisette is gek op bakken, reizen, haar man Marcel, hun dochter Alice en hun twee katten Lemon en Maple.
